The bassdrum is a bit punchy, and in some places of the beat I hear, it's a little bit off. The transition to the bassline is good, but a little basic. I like the attack of the cymbal (Rev cymbal). This sounds like a slow progression of trance, but still trance non the less.
After a while, that punchy bassdrum I hear gets to be samey after a while, and it gets kindof repetitave. I like the cutoff at 1:37, that's a bit dynamite!

Then the piano transition comes in, I like this piano, it's a good bit there! Until it gets repetitave....sadly, then a relief comes as a different piano comes in. So that's good, I like the retardando in the piano also. Nice job, now a transition to the same stuff I've been hearing :[, you could have atleast made the drums beat and kick a bit louder, or added a snare or clap.

Over all, originality in this song is high, I've not really heard any song like this on NG, so your song sticks out a bit, but the drums need to change more.

Overall this is a good song, not exactly for the dancefloor I would say. More of a stress relief song, what were you feeling when you made this song?

It's not a little bit off at all - I said, listen closely! ;D The song, if you haven't noticed, is in 3/4 time - ONE, two, three, ONE, two, three, etc. Glad you like the bassline, and yes, it's basic. At the time, I just wanted to finish this song, regardless of originality to a fellow artist. ;)

What, do you want me to change the kick I'm using? XD If you get bored of the kick drum, I really can't do anything about it - besides, how many trance songs do you know that change kick drums in the middle? (And don't bring up breaks or anything like that. I mean JUST the kick drum. XD)

Glad you like the filter, and the piano! :D Read the responses below - I really couldn't do much more than what I did with the piano, as I was salvaging the best of what mostly was horrible composition in my opinion.

I already have a snare, and adding a clap wouldn't work - this song's in 3/4 time, and claps play on even beats. I left it out so I wouldn't have to come up with some weird irregular clap pattern. :\

Yah

Even though the bass is overpowered a little bit, it's still alright. The drums sound great in this, nice job on the flange shit.
Songs like these aren't so much into my taste and it, for being slow, kindof drags a SMALL bit.
You used the image synth thing too, I've actually never heard that in a song.
Admitted that it is cool, it's a little empty, but that's all opinionized.
I see effort though ya, it's nice.

Haha, thanks for the critique, but try next time to leave it in a review, I can tell that your kindof upset, just take the advice, I gained alot of experience in the past few months. I mean, listen to my most popular 2007 submission, it sucks a load.
Anyways if your listen to ALL of my songs you will see a difference, not just 2 or 3. there is a difference.
and I had admitted that some of my songs sound like DJ-N if you read the info. Review my songs if you have some constructive criticism, or you think its cool. You can say it really fucking sucks for all I care, I don't really let it get to me.

Ugh, oh my god. I just want it to end. Sorry, but this is absolutley one of the worst uses of FL drumpacks that a person can use. The beat was annoying and loud.
I don't believe your song had much motivation, or was going anywhere, more like going random directions. and the hitting headfirst into a wall because it thought it saw a squirrel or something.
Advice, don't use FL drums, use soundfont drums or DOWNLOAD a VST.

This song was really really good. And calm, I could use this to sleep to. I like the flow of this song also, it's pretty nice and smooth.
The chord progression is actually original for my taste, so good job on that.
Drums are kick and hat, no snare, but a nice little perc at that. I can't tell if you used the pack or not. Whatever, nice job anyways.

Thanks, man! I know the quality wasn't the best because I don't exactly have the tools necessary for recording...I have to compose all my stuff as MIDI and convert to MP3 on the computer. I play keyboards though, so either way there would be some kind of MIDI involved.
Yeah man, I'm not too fond of the name Eggman either. To me, he'll always be Robotnik.

I loved the beggining, good job on keeping this song at a mid-range, I thought it was all the way in until your shit kicked in at 1:14. That's when it got really really good.

The lead synth was awexome, I don't exactly know what game this is from.
But I should know it's a very good Remix at that.

You made it sound like something intense was going on.
