Good
Nice job on that Highpass wobble, those are actually unique. This is a pretty nicely organized, grided out dubstep. Congrats :) Fav'd 5'vd, Check my song out?

Cool and stuff
That bass seems a bit flat and distant from the subbass :\ Howeverr, musically this is pretty cool! You should take a peak at what I got ;) 8/10 5/5!
Thanks! i'll look. any thing you want me to look at specifically?
W00tSauce
I'm seeing lucid spore's reviews EVERYWHERE! WOOT WOOT!
Also, hell yeah on this track girl! You've got this shit down with that Amen.
I would like some sauce with my fries
You know my school actually serves hot sauce with fries? That's ironic!
This song is some nice swaggy clubbin music.
Keep up the good work!
....
Hey man,
This song is all FL stock.
Try to get some REAL leads, Master your shit, and get some good samples.
This song has no chord progression.
There's not much to review man... sorry
But, view some tutorials, get some synths, or LEARN how to make your own presets with the synths that came with FL. Sytrus is actually a good synthesizer if you know how to use it.
But dude, the song is nothing... Sorry...
2deep4U?
Okay...
HIGH FREQUENCIES AT THE BEGINNING (hurt ears)
I mean dude, it is a dubstep song, but it definitely needs some mastering, less reverb, (like the reverb on the kicks) I like the chord progression, but there just seems to be too many effects in one area, and the wrong effects in the others.
APC40s look neato as shit though.
7/10 4/5
Ah yes, is a bit loud aye? :D hehe Thanks though ill be sure to keep that in mind ,and blend the intro more from a chill frequency hehe. Like i said, this is just a live mix we did one night, not the legit studio song we will make eventually just wanted to get it up here :D thanks for the review though . Means a lot =] thanks for the rating as well mate, have a lush day.
Good progression, but lacking in some areas.
I like the beginning, has a nice blend of pads and quite a beautiful pluck, makes me feel serene. at 00:44 when those drums kick it, it's blending greatly with the pads and plucks, the song started giving a good impression, until I noticed listening to the whole song, there's NO BASSSSSSS! URGHHHHH, not to worry, it has some pretty neato glitchy drums... a tiny bit repetitive though :\
Overall this is a song, but not a drum n bass song...
7/10 4/5

Yes I'm not too good at picking the right basses and making them blend, and I knew I had something good going here, and I didn't want to mess it up :)
Also, I was aiming a little more for length here than diversity, since I noticed earlier that Most of my songs are 1-2 minutes long. And I kind of threw it together at the end, so not much new stuff there :)
Eyyy
You're swifty super saw there was nice, and when that beat kicks in at 00:12, it sounds quite nice, until... 00:24... WHAT HAPPENED!!?? WHERE DID THE HARDCORE ROLLING MUSIC GO!? Replaced with some FL Keys. 00:48, okay... the beat's back, so is the saw, and wow, 01:00 sounds right bacck on track :)
I like this chord progression, but the mastering is a bit offish, however it gave me a few ear stimulations, so I must give you a 8/10 4/5
Check out my tracks!
Thanks for the review! I think I'd dub this genre of music: "Uncomfortable House". I was going for that moment of uncomfortably, then building back up again.
I will check out your stuff!
...owie?
I'm sorry to say buddy, but this doesn't really sound like inspiration to be, more like a hint of innovation.
The song it's self reminds me of some kindof strange chibi anime, but let's cut to the chase.
Now I'm all for songs without beats, but I'm never for songs with poor mastering (it happens to the best of us)
The initial double layered square was decent, didn't hurt the ears that much, but at 00:24 when that dry flanged saw kicked in, it made me want to skip ahead a few minutes, then that pluck at 00:40 added an insane amount of high frequencies, enough to hurt almost.
The flute kicks in, which, doesn't really make it that better seeing as the background instruments are loud, unappealing, and extremely repetitive. You should definitely EQ this, that pluck has wayyy to much reverb/release in it to sound nice.
The song in it's self disregarding the mastering criticism-
Toooooooo repetitive, you need to loosen up the strict pattern this song follows, go from a major to a minor, or god even throw a Neapolitan in there.
Over all if you work long, and hard, you will discover a talent that will surely impress your long distance girlfriend a million times more than this one could.
Good luck :)
Check out my tracks!
I'm thinking that you and I simply have a different taste in music.
I checked out your music, which sounds more like music for sale or for a large audience, while my music is meant more as a background or sort of meditative reflection.
I don't know if that makes sense, but I guess what I'm saying is to each his own, yeah?
P.S. The mastering, I'll take that in account, but I think that it may have something to do with the way you are listening (headphones/no headphones)
Thanks for the review
